We were very satisfied; the products were good, fresh, and very tasty. The staff was also very friendly. I can't understand the negative comments from some customers regarding the staff being overworked. You should have some understanding when you see that it's busy and only two employees are trying to please everyone and still manage to smile. I know what I'm talking about.

We had breakfast there today. Everything was clean and the service was very friendly. The coffee was good. However, the breakfast options, like everything else these days, aren't exactly cheap. But it was fresh and tasty. The only major drawback was the restrooms. The locking mechanism on the individual doors is unfortunately impossible for young children or elderly people with limited mobility to operate!

I finally managed to stop there. Perfect time, perfect place. Plenty of parking, modern building, friendly staff (July 24th, 1 p.m.), delicious baked goods, good coffee, credit card payment accepted, plenty of indoor seating, clean restrooms... Highly recommended! Everything was perfect. Thank you so much.

Yes, we like it very much. The filter coffee machine doesn't work. It's happened several times. We go there almost every day for breakfast. We need a new one. If it doesn't happen soon, we'll have to find something new. We've already been to Werneck a few times. So do something.

Nice place, friendly staff. Good value for money. You can spend a pleasant afternoon there. It's clean. The staff seems very dedicated to creating a nice atmosphere. I discovered it three weeks ago and have been coming here at least once a week on weekends ever since.

I visited the Werneck branch on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 3 p.m. The two staff members were very friendly, kind, helpful, and always up for a joke. Keep up the good work, gentlemen! You radiate positivity and good cheer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended and with great praise. Paul G.

A great shop with delicious baked goods, an inviting seating area, and very friendly saleswomen. Not to forget the funny signage in the restroom.
